• Copy of the purchaser's passport
• If not purchasing from ourselves, a purchase contract
• Last 2 pay slips
• P60 if available
• For the self employed last two years accounts or tax return
• For the retired pension details

- Mortgages are available to the age of 75, longer if a son or daughter stands as guarantor.
- Mortgage available to 30 years
- Current Rates 3.5% + N.G.S Privilege Rates 2.75%
